In particular, we may collect a profile picture, display name, username/page ID, or profile ID. This includes your post content and engagement data (such as click-through rates, likes, shares, impressions, as well as overall engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Instasorteos to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties. Facebook Instasorteos may allow you to connect a Facebook page or profile to your Instasorteos account, in which case, we will access certain Facebook information regarding your account. In particular, we may collect a profile picture, display name, username/page ID, or profile ID. This includes your post content and engagement data (such as click-through rates, likes, shares, impressions, as well as overall engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. Twitter Instasorteos may allow you to connect a Twitter profile to your Instasorteos account, in which case we will access certain Twitter information regarding your account. This includes your post content and engagement data (such as click-through rates, likes, retweets, re-shares, impressions, as well as overall engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. Instagram Instasorteos may allow you to connect an Instagram profile to your Instasorteos account, in which case we will access certain Instagram information regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile picture, display name, username/profile ID, access tokens, and posts submitted. This includes your post content and engagement data (such as click-through rates, likes, shares, impressions, as well as overall engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Instasorteos to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties. Additionally, if you connect Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram when using the Instasorteos app, we may collect: profile picture, display name, username/page ID, access tokens, comment text sent or received, and private message text sent or received. Additionally, if you connect Twitter, Facebook or Instagram when using the Sweepstakes App, we may collect: profile picture, display name, username/handle, access tokens, social channel information data and social account demographic data, tweets sent, social account follower count, social account information data and social account audience data. 2b. Personal information automatically obtained from your interactions with the Service Registration data When you use our Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). Social media permissions For the correct provision of our service, Instasorteos may need to request social network permissions for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Google. Instasorteos undertakes not to make any use of said permissions beyond the provision of the service itself. Access to the Instasorteos platform through Facebook
Data collected: Facebook user's email address, Facebook unique user ID.
Purpose: It is used to access the Instasorteos platform without having to enter a password. In addition, if it is the first time you register, the first name, last name and email fields will be automatically filled in for quick registration. Access to the Instasorteos platform through Facebook login is optional.
Facebook permissions requested:
public_profile: Allows the collection of the Facebook unique identifier and username.
email: allows you to collect the Facebook user's email address. It allows for quick registration.
Data collection and deletion: The data will be retained until Facebook Login is deactivated, the Instasorteos account is deleted or its deletion is expressly requested. You can also request the deletion of the data collected by following the instructions indicated in point 4 of this privacy policy.
Apps for raffles based on comments on Facebook and Instagram
Data collected: List of user comments on organic and promoted posts on a Facebook or Instagram business account. The text, user ID, and date and time of each comment will be collected. Additionally, in order to collect comments, it is necessary to access the list of Facebook or Instagram business accounts managed by the contest administrator, the list of posts in an account, and in the case of administering a contest based on promoted posts or ads, it is necessary to access the list of advertising accounts.
Purpose: The purpose is to be able to obtain the list of finalists for the raffles based on Facebook and Instagram comments. In order to provide the service, it is necessary to store the data collected from the comments on the raffle post.
