Answers to the most common questions
Is it free to run an Instagram giveaway?
Yes, you can do giveaways of up to 500 comments for free, regardless of the number of posts, only the total number of comments added together. After 500 comments, a very affordable and tiered price will be charged, which you can check here.
Do I have to log in with my Instagram account to run a giveaway?
No, you will never be asked to enter any security details from your Instagram account to participate in giveaways for your posts.
Is payment made per draw?
Yes. If your giveaway exceeds 500 subsidized comments, you will be charged only for each giveaway carried out and the number of comments on the post(s) you include in the giveaway.
How many times can I run a draw?
Raffles are held only once and each raffle issues a RAFFLE CERTIFICATE with a unique ID that validates and ensures said raffle. They cannot be modified, so we always recommend setting up a considerable number of substitutes. You can reuse your posts as many times as you want to hold raffles, but it will be considered a new raffle different from the first raffle held.
Can I add filters and rules to the giveaway?
Yes, within the giveaway configuration we make available our Wnnr PRO tools where you can add filters and advanced rules to condition participation within your giveaway. These tools will allow you to: - Eliminate duplicates - Exclude certain users - Condition the number of mentions - Condition mandatory mentions to participate - Condition mandatory hashtags to participate PRO tools have a one-time extra price and will be charged before the giveaway takes place.
Can I run giveaways with multiple Instagram posts?
Yes, in our giveaway app you can run a giveaway with comments from multiple posts from different Instagram accounts, just add the address of the post, reel or IGTV in the requested field and it will be loaded automatically.
Can stories be included to upload participants?
Currently it is not possible to take participants from Instagram stories.
Can I filter who follows my Instagram page?
No. We cannot access the pages followed by all contest participants to verify whether they follow you or not. You will have to verify this yourself when running the contest and finding the winners. We always recommend adding a significant number of substitutes for winners who do not meet these conditions.
How can I access information, certificates and resources from the raffles held?
From the **My Raffles** tab you can access your completed raffles, drafts and paid raffles to be completed. Within your completed raffles you can find all the information about your raffle, certificates and resources.
I paid for my drawing but the window closed on me/there was an error while I was doing it.
No problem, you will find the draw in the My Draws tab with the status: "Ready to draw". Click on the "Go to draw" button and resume it.
Can I get a proof of payment?
Yes, you can write to us via email to request it. Please indicate the email of the user who generated the raffle and a proof of payment, in addition to the necessary data to make the proof of payment.
Where do I get the Instagram post URL?
From your cell phone: It’s very easy, from your cell phone go to the Instagram post with which you want to carry out the giveaway. At the top right you will see an icon with three dots, tap it and several options will appear. Tap Copy link and this will copy the URL of the post to your cell phone’s clipboard. Go back to Wnnr and tap once on the “Paste the URL of the post here” field and the “Paste” option will appear. From your computer: Open the Instagram post and copy the URL link at the top of the browser. Then paste it where we indicate and that’s it!
